By scheduling services with Wishy Washy Cleaning Company, clients acknowledge and agree to the following general service terms. All services are provided based on the information supplied at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time and for communicating any service preferences, areas to avoid, or special instructions in advance. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or materially different from what was discussed.

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service and may be made online or in person. Entry into a property when a client is not present, as well as the use of before-and-after photos, occurs only with explicit client permission. While we take care to perform services professionally and respectfully, Wishy Washy Cleaning Company is not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or items not disclosed prior to service. These terms are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a legally binding agreement.
